Add Risks To Zones
This guide will walk you through the process of adding risks to zones in Sprinto. Risks added to zones are treated as specific to that zone and can be assessed accordingly, providing a granular control on zone-specific risk management.
Please refer to our Risk Assessment guide for detailed instructions on performing zone-specific risk assessments.
Before you begin
Log in to the Sprinto admin portal using your credentials.
Ensure you already have your required zones created to add risks during the procedure below.
Procedure
From the Sprinto admin portal, navigate to Security Hub > Risks, and select the Risk Register tab.
Select your desired Zone from the zone selector. This is the zone to which you will add risks.
Once you select your desired zone, click Add Risks from the top-right corner. By default, the “All zones” is selected.
Use one of the following methods to add risk:
Sprinto’s risk library: Select the predefined risks from the library with industry-standard risk scores and implement a mitigation plan.
Risk via. CSV upload: Add risk details in bulk on Sprinto uploading CSV file template.
Individual new risk: Add an individual risk using Sprinto's in-built risk scoring scales.
For detailed instructions, refer to our guide on adding risks to the risk register or risk scoring. If risks are added but not scored, they remain in “Incomplete” status.
Once the risks are added and scored, you can review the added risks’ performance through the zone-specific risk heat map.
Review the zone name against each added risk.
