Freshteam Integration

Sprinto integrates with Freshteam to ensure user list is synced for managing onboarding and off-boarding status of each of the users. This article provides a step-by-step guide to setting up the integration between Sprinto and Freshteam.

Setting up the Integration:

Step 1: Log in to Sprinto with your Credentials.

Step 2: Under Security Hub go to Settings. This is on the left-hand side bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Click on Available Integrations in the sub-menu.

Step 4: Search for Freshteam and click on connect next to Freshteam option.

Step 5: Select the checkbox I have the domain name and admin access and click on Connect to Freshteam.

Step 6: A pop-up will show up requesting to enter domain name of your Freshteam account, click on Submit.

Step 7: Enter the Freshteam API key, kindly follow the below steps to generate one from Freshteam.

• Sign in to Freshteam

• Hover over your profile picture in the upper right

• Select API Key in the dropdown menu

• Copy and add your API Key below

Step 8: Click on Submit

Once you complete these steps, the integration will be up and running. Within the next 24 hours, Sprinto will be able to sync data and start reporting the same on the platform.
