Customise and Set Up Your Trust Center

Learn how to customise your Trust Center's branding, populate key sections, and publish it on a Sprinto or custom domain.

The Trust Center homepage is the primary destination for showcasing your organisation’s compliance posture. You can tailor the branding, upload essential artefacts like policies and certifications, and publish the Trust Center securely on a hosted domain.

This article walks you through setting up your Trust Center from start to finish.


Step 1: Navigate to the Trust Center

  1. Log in to your Sprinto Dashboard.

  2. Click on Trust in the left navigation panel and select Trust Center .


Step 2: Customise Branding and Overview

  1. Click Customise next to your organisation's name.

  2. In the drawer that opens:

    • You can customise the layout by clicking on Customize layout.

    • Click Done once you have re-arranged your Trust Center.

  • Update the Trust Center Title

  • Add a subheading or description.

  • Update your banner by changing the color or image.

    • You can also add a Gradient option.

  • Upload your organisation’s logo.

  • Upload your favicon.

  • Upload a custom image in the Custom image section.

  • Click Save changes.

To update the Company Overview:

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the Overview section.

  2. Enter or update your company’s summary.

  3. Click Save changes. Each update creates a new version for use in different Trust Profiles.

Additional company information

  1. Click Manage to update the Additional company Information.

  2. Update the following details:

    1. Company website

    2. Contact us

    3. Founded year

    4. Terms of service

    5. Privacy policy

  3. Click Save changes to update the information.


Step 3: Populate Trust Center Sections

Each section on the Manage Trust Center page can be expanded via Manage or Add Item buttons:

Compliance

  • Click Manage.

  • Update the section details by clicking Edit.

  • Click Add item to add a framework.

  • Enter details for each compliance standard (for example, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

  • Enter the following details:

    • Compliance framework

    • State of this framework (Compliant, In progress, or Coming soon)

    • Framework description

  • Upload the supporting document.

  • Click Add framework.

Trusted By

  • Click Manage or Add Client.

  • Update the section details by clicking Edit.

  • Click Add item.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Company/client name

    • Company logo

      • Pick a logo from a comprehensive list

      • Upload logo from your device

  • Click Add client.

Policies

  • Click Manage > Add Policy.

  • Update the section details by clicking Edit.

  • Click Add Item.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Name

    • Description

    • Attach document (Upload file or Dcoument URL)

    • Enable or disable the following toggles:

      • Make this item visible to visitors on Trust Center

      • Restrict access

  • Click Add item.

Documents

  • Click Manage.

  • Update the section details by clicking Edit.

  • Click Add item.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Name

    • Description

    • Attach document (Upload file or Dcoument URL)

    • Enable or disable the following toggles:

      • Make this item visible to visitors on Trust Center

      • Restrict access

  • Click Add item.

  • Upload legally binding documentation:

    • Terms of Service

    • Master Services Agreement (MSA)

    • Privacy Policy

    • Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

    • Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Trust Center Updates

  • Click Manage > Add Update.

  • Share relevant announcements (e.g., breach disclosures, vendor changes).


Step 4: Publish Your Trust Center

When you’re ready to share your Trust Center with stakeholders, you can publish it in one of two ways:

Option A: Sprinto-hosted Domain

  1. Click Publish.

  2. In the drawer, confirm your preference to use Sprinto’s default domain.

  3. Click Save and Publish.

Option B: Custom Domain

  1. In the domain configuration section, click Set Up on Custom Domain.

  2. Enter your desired domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com).

  3. Follow the DNS configuration instructions.

  4. Once verified, your Trust Center will be hosted on your domain.

To unpublish, click Edit next to the domain section and toggle off publication.
