Trust Center Requests in Slack
Manage Trust Center access requests directly in Slack without switching to the Sprinto app.
Sprinto allows admins to handle Trust Center requests directly in Slack. Instead of logging into the Sprinto app for every request, admins receive real-time Slack notifications with options to review, accept, or reject requests. This reduces delays and ensures external stakeholders get timely responses while keeping your security posture intact.
How it Works
External users request access to restricted documents in your Trust Center (for example, an infrastructure diagram).
A Slack notification is triggered to the designated admin channel.
The notification contains the requester’s details, including:
Full name
Email ID
Company name
List of requested items with types
Admins can approve or reject requests directly within Slack.
Actions taken in Slack are synced automatically with the Sprinto platform.
Procedure
Navigate to Settings > Notifications in Sprinto. Connect your Slack workspace and enable Slack as a notification channel.
Ensure your Trust Center has restricted documents configured.
When an external user requests access, a Slack notification is sent to the configured channel.
Review the request details in the notification.
Choose one of the available actions:
Accept Request and Send NDA – Accepts and triggers NDA via your configured provider (DocuSign, ClickRub, etc.).
Accept Request – Accepts without sending NDA.
Reject Request – Rejects and marks the request accordingly.
If a request is already actioned, Slack will display a modal with the message: “This request has already been actioned. You can view the status here” with a link to the Sprinto platform.
