Manage Trust Center Profiles and Privacy Settings
Learn how to create and manage Trust Center Profiles and enable private access for sensitive or segmented content.
Trust Center Profiles in Sprinto allow you to customise and control how information is presented to different stakeholders. You can segment content by audience type, region, product line, or sensitivity level. Additionally, Sprinto supports private Trust Centers, restricting access to specific users or domains.
This article covers the setup and management of profiles and private access.
Step 1: Create a Trust Center Profile
Navigate to the Configuration tab.
Locate the Profiles section.
Click Add Trust Profile.
In the drawer:
Provide a profile name (e.g., “APAC Customers”, “ISO-only View”)
Select or deselect specific sections (Overview, Compliance, Documents, etc.) to include in the profile
Click Create
Each profile operates as a curated view of your Trust Center, with custom content and access logic.
Step 2: Manage Existing Profiles
In the same Configuration tab, scroll to the list of existing profiles.
Click the Edit icon next to a profile.
Update section visibility or content overrides.
Save your changes.
All changes are versioned and applied immediately unless explicitly unpublished.
Step 3: Enable Private Trust Centers
Private Trust Centers allow you to restrict access to certain profiles:
From the Configuration tab, locate Private Trust Center settings.
Click Add Private Trust Center.
Select the Trust Profile to make private.
Define who can access:
Email addresses (whitelisted individually)
Domains (e.g.,
@clientname.com
)
Click Enable.
You can add multiple private profiles to serve different stakeholders securely.
Step 4: Edit or Disable Private Trust Centers
Go to the list of private profiles.
Click the Edit icon to modify access.
Click Disable to deactivate a private Trust Center without deleting it.
Using Trust Profiles and private configurations ensures the right users see the right information—no more, no less.
