PagerDuty Integration
The following guide helps you integrate your PagerDuty account with Sprinto to monitor logged incidents, and users’ access on your PagerDuty account.
How does this integration help
Integrating PagerDuty with Sprinto can help in the following ways:
Incident Management: Retrieves the logged incident tickets from the configured PagerDuty account on Sprinto and ensures the incidents get actioned within the defined SLA and meet the data security complaint requirement.
Access Management: Validates the users' access from the PagerDuty account against the defined valid access type on Sprinto, ensuring only the required staff gets access to the PagerDuty.
