Trello Integration
The following guide helps you integrate and configure Trello with Sprinto for ticketing and user access management. Based on your use case, you can follow the applicable procedure.
How does this integration help
The integration helps sprinto in the following ways:
Ticketing: The integration assists in ensuring the change requests raised over the configured ticketing system are reviewed and approved by a peer reviewer before implementation. Sprinto retrieves the change requests tickets, and starts failing to check if any ticket is not aligning with compliance requirements.
User access monitoring: The integration enhances user access control by validating user accounts from Trello against defined access criteria. Sprinto identifies and flags any unauthorized or invalid access, triggering checks to revoke inappropriate permissions and maintain system security.
Sprinto checks for Trello
Below are the Sprinto checks for the following integration types:
Ticketing: Sprinto checks for people management
No new change management tickets were added in over 30 days
This check activates when no new change request tickets have been added in the last 30 days. The status remains "Passing" if no new change requests are detected for the configured projects.

This check activates if a change request ticket doesn't have an assigned stakeholder. The status is set to "Passing" if a stakeholder is assigned to the change request ticket.
Ticketing system for change management should be setup
This check activates if no ticketing system is configured for Change Management. The status is set to "Passing" if a ticketing system is configured.
At least one change management system should be connected
