Salesflare Integration
Salesflare is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that organizations use to manage customer relationships, sales, and processes, offering help to support business operations.
Note: We use Truto.one as our integration partner to integrate and fetch required user details from the Salesflare account.
How this integration helps
Integration helps to fetch the users list from the Salesflare account.
If a staff member who has Salesflare account access offboards the organization, Sprinto activates a check against the staff member to revoke Salesflare access.
Prerequisites for Integration
Log in to Sprinto as administrator.
Ensure that you have “Admin” access on the SalesFlare account you want to integrate.
How to integrate Sprinto with Salesflare
Take the following steps to get the API key from the Salesflare account:
Go to the Salesflare login portal and log in with your credentials, or with the available Single Sign-On (SSO) options.
On the Salesflare portal, go to Settings > API keys. Copy the API key and note it securely. You will need this API key on the Sprinto app to build integration.
On Sprinto app, go to Security Hub > Settings > Available integrations and click Connect next to Salesflare.
On Integrations page, select the acknowledgment checkbox and click Connect to Salesflare.

On Slaesflare authentication page, enter the API key in the field and click Connect. Note: This connects the Salesflare account with Sprinto. Follow step 5 onwards to complete the integration process.

On Sprinto app, go to Security Hub > Access and click Add Critical access system.
On Add critical access system page, select Salesflare and click Add system.
On Access page, click the setting icon next to Salesflare.
On Manage page, click Configure.
Select one of the following user access options: Note: Sprinto activates a check against any staff member that does not have valid access to the integrated critical system.
All staff members are allowed access: Select this option to define all staff members’ valid access to the critical system.
Role-based access: Select this option and define the valid org roles to access the critical system.
Ticket-based access: Select this option and define the valid access for users with access tickets.

Final Step
This completes the integration procedure. To check if there are any tasks left or if any checks failed, go to Security Hub > Access and look for Salesflare’s critical system card.
