# Adobe Sign Integration Adobe Sign is an electronic signature service provided by Adobe Inc. It allows individuals and businesses to securely send, sign, and manage documents electronically. ### Integration Benefits for Sprinto The integration with Adobe Sign is designed to enhance Sprinto's functionality by enabling the retrieval of crucial user account details such as username, email address, and role. This integration empowers Sprinto to efficiently verify user access status, particularly when users are offboard from the organization. Before You Begin Ensure a smooth integration process by following these preliminary steps: * Log in to Sprinto as an administrator. * Ensure you have "Admin" access to the Adobe Sign account intended for integration. * Note that Sprito utilizes[ Truto.one](https://truto.one/) as its integration partner. ### Integrating Sprinto with Adobe Sign Follow the below steps to integrate Adobe Sign on Sprinto: 1. Integrate Adobe Sign on Sprinto. * Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Available and click Connect next to Adobe Sign.
* Read the on-screen instructions, and click **Next**.
* On the Integration page, acknowledge the terms and click Connect to Adobe Sign.\ Note: Ensure you have a pop-up window enabled on your browser.
* On **Adobe Sign integration** page, click Connect.
* Log in to your Adobe Sign account using your credentials.
* Follow on-screen instructions to grant necessary permissions to Sprinto. 1. Add Adobe Sign as a Critical System. * On the Sprinto app, go to Data Library > Access and click Add Critical System. * Select Adobe Sign and click Add System.
2. Configure Login Protection Methods and Valid Users. * Navigate to Data Library > Access > Critical System, and select Adobe Sign. * On the Summary page, click Configure now next to Adobe Sign accounts. * On the Manage page, click Configure next to access validity.
* Choose one of the options to define valid users based on roles.
### Final Step After completing Step 3, allow 15 to 20 minutes for Sprinto to finish the data syncing process. Sprinto may take up to 24 hours to evaluate the synced data and activate relevant Sprinto checks.
