# Qualys Integration

Qualys is a cloud-based solution that detects vulnerabilities on all networked assets, including servers, network devices (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, etc.), peripherals (such as IP-based printers or fax machines), and workstations. Qualys can assess any device that has an IP address.

### How does this integration help Sprinto <a href="#how-does-this-integration-help-sprinto" id="how-does-this-integration-help-sprinto"></a>

The integration below assists Sprinto in meeting compliance requirements concerning vulnerability monitoring on production classified code repositories. Sprinto detects vulnerabilities from your configured Qualys Cloud Platform account and ensures they are resolved within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the assistance of Sprinto's checks.

#### &#x20;Sprinto checks for Qualys Cloud Platform integration <a href="#sprinto-checks-for-qualys-cloud-platform-integration" id="sprinto-checks-for-qualys-cloud-platform-integration"></a>

Following are the Sprinto checks available for Qualys Cloud Platform integration:

### Before your begin <a href="#before-your-begin" id="before-your-begin"></a>

* Ensure you have “Admin” access on the Qualys Cloud Platform account you wish to integrate on Sprinto.
* Log in on Sprinto as administrator.

### Integrate Sprinto with Qualys Cloud Platform <a href="#integrate-sprinto-with-qualys-cloud-platform" id="integrate-sprinto-with-qualys-cloud-platform"></a>

Follow the below steps to integrate Sprinto with Qualys Cloud Platform:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Available, and click Connect next to Qualys Cloud Platform.

2. Read the on-screen instructions, and click Next.

3. Select the acknowledgment checkbox and click Continue to Connect Qualys Cloud Platform.\
   Note: Ensure you have a pop-up window enabled on your web browser.<br>

4. Enter your Qualys Username, Password, and URL, and click Connect Qualys. Refer to [Qualys platform identification](https://www.qualys.com/platform-identification/) to know your     Qualys account URL.

After completing Step 2, allow 15 to 20 minutes for Sprinto to finish the data syncing process. Sprinto may take a few hours to evaluate the synced data and activate relevant Sprinto checks. If needed, go to Data Library > Vulnerabilities and click Qualys Cloud Platform to review the pending Sprinto checks.
