# Visma Nmbrs Integration

Visma Nmbrs is an online payroll and human resource management platform. The tools can be accessed through the web browser or mobile app to help manage payslips, leave requests, expense declarations, etc.

### How does this integration help Sprinto <a href="#how-does-this-integration-help-sprinto" id="how-does-this-integration-help-sprinto"></a>

The integration primarily helps Sprinto retrieve staff-related information such as name, email address, job roles, onboarding dates, reporting managers, etc. These details are crucial for managing compliance needs related to people management. Sprinto initiates relevant checks if any of the required information needs to be updated to ensure compliance framework requirements are met.

#### Sprinto checks for Visma Nmbrs <a href="#sprinto-checks-for-visma-nmbrs" id="sprinto-checks-for-visma-nmbrs"></a>

Here's a list of Sprinto checks available for Visma Nmbrs integration, along with reference procedures on how to fix them:

### Before you begin <a href="#before-you-begin" id="before-you-begin"></a>

* Log in to Sprinto as an administrator.
* You must have a paid account on Visma Nmbrs to access API for integration.
* Ensure you have "Admin" access on the Visma Nmbrs account you want to integrate.

### Integrate Sprinto with Visma Nmbrs <a href="#integrate-sprinto-with-visma-nmbrs" id="integrate-sprinto-with-visma-nmbrs"></a>

* Log in to your Ceridian Dayforce account with your credentials or available Single Sign-On option.
* Go to System Admin > User, then select the user you want to update.
* Click on your desired user and select checkbox for “Is default”.

1. Getting API key from your Visma Nmbrs account.
   * Login to[ Visma Nmbrs account](https://www.nmbrs.com/login) using your credentials.
   * Copy the subdomain of your Visma Nmbrs account from your web browser's address bar. Refer to the example in the below image; here, the subdomain is merge-test.

   * Click on the profile icon and select User Profile.

   * On User Profile page, select the API token tab and copy the API key. Save the API key securely. You will need this API key later to build integration.

2. Integrate to Visma Nmbrs on Sprinto.
   * Go to Settings > Integrations > Available, then click Connect next to Visma Nmbrs.
   * On Integration page, select the acknowledgement checkbox and click Connect to Visma Nmbrs.\
     Note: Ensure you have a pop-up window enabled on your browser.
   * On Visma Nmbrs window, enter your Visma Nmbrs account subdomain copied from Step 1.
   * Enter the API key you have copied from Step 1.\
     Note: This completes the integration of your Visma Nmbrs account on Sprinto. Follow step 3 to configure your account.

3. Configure Visma Nmbrs on Sprinto.
   * Go to Data Library > People > Configuration, and click Manage.
   * On Staff information provider page, click Add staff.

   * On Add staff member page, select Add staff from HRMS, then click the details button next to Visma Nmbrs.

   * On Add Visma Nmbrs as a provider page, click Add Visma Nmbrs.\
     Note: You should see “Connected” highlighted next to Visma Nmbrs. This means the Visma Nmbrs account is connected and ready for Syncing information.

### Final step <a href="#final-step" id="final-step"></a>

Note: After completing Step 3, wait 15 to 20 minutes to let Sprinto finish the data syncing process. Sprinto takes up to 24 hours to evaluate the synced data and activate the relevant Sprinto checks.

* If required, go to Data Library > People > Configuration, click Manage, and then click Sync next to Visma Nmbrs to refresh the synced information.
