Azure Devops Ticketing System Integration
Sprinto integrates with Azure DevOps ticketing system. This article provides a step-by-step guide to setting up the integration between Sprinto and Azure DevOps ticketing system.
Setting up the Integration:
Step 1: Log in to Sprinto with your Credentials.
Step 2: Under Security Hub go to Settings. This is on the left-hand side bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Click on Available Integrations in the sub-menu.
Step 4: Search for Azure DevOps under Ticketing Softwares and click on connect.
Step 5: You can also go to Change Management under Security Hub and click on Add System and choose Azure DevOps under Ticketing Systems from the list and click on connect.
Step 6: Read all the instructions in the pop-up window and check the box confirming you have admin access and click on Connect to Azure DevOps

Step 7: A pop-up dialog box of Azure DevOps will appear on the screen, enter the username and personal access token as requested, follow the below steps:
Navigate to https://dev.azure.com/.
To find your username, click on your user avatar on the top right. A pop-up window should show up with your username in bold. Copy and paste your username.
To find your personal access token, click on the settings icon next to your user avatar. Click on Personal Access Token.
Create a new token by clicking New Token.
Give the token a name.
Set a custom expiration date to the maximum. Note that you will have to reset the date of the token when your token expires. This is due to Azure's security practices.
Set Full Access for scopes.
Click Create to create the token.
Copy and paste your personal access token in the pop-up.
Step 8: Enter your Organization name, follow the below steps:
Navigate to https://dev.azure.com/.
The name of your organization should be in bold near the top of the page.
Copy and paste your organization name.
Step 9: Click on Submit, Azure DevOps will get connected, click on Add Azure DevOps

Step 10: Now select the projects you would like to sync with Sprinto, choose which changes need to be tracked and the status for closure and the date from when the tickets need to be synced over to Sprinto and click on Select Project.

Once you complete these steps, the integration will be up and running. Within the next 24 hours, Sprinto will be able to sync data and start reporting the same on the platform.
