# How To Resolve Sprinto Check For Maintaining Users Accounts Data Accessing Critical System

### About

Sprinto check: The list of user accounts with access to critical system should be up-to-date

The Sprinto check will fail for any configured Manual Critical Access Systems (MCAS) that do not have the relevant user accounts added. Unlike Automatic Critical Access Systems (ACAS), MCAS does not automatically pull user account data through integration and requires manual entry of user account details.

### Purpose

This check's purpose is to ensure that all user accounts with access to MCAS critical systems are identified and added to Sprinto. Maintaining an updated list of user accounts is essential to ensuring that only authorized users have access to these critical systems.

### Procedure

To add user account details for MCAS critical systems, please refer to the detailed instructions provided in the[ Manage Staff Accounts for MCAS](https://sprinto.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/72000623013-how-to-manage-staff-member-accounts-for-mcas-critical-system-on-sprinto) guide.

### What’s next

The above Sprinto check gets activated periodically, requiring the uploading of the up-to-date user accounts list as evidence.

### Support

Please get in touch with our [support team](mailto:www.support@sprinto.com) if you have any queries related to Sprinto check or need any assistance.
