New_in depth_Sprinto_checks_for_cloud_infrastructure_monitoring

Sprinto introduces a new set of cloud infrastructure monitoring checks to monitor your configured services more comprehensively. These new checks analyze additional configuration parameters to maintain high-security measures and ensure your system's security and integrity.

What Happens When You Enable the New Sprinto Checks

When you enable these new Sprinto checks on your account, the following actions take place behind the scenes:

  1. Configuration Analysis

    • Sprinto fetches your current integrated infrastructure details and analyzes the configuration.

  2. Compliance Check Activation

    • If the configuration does not meet the Sprinto check's requirements, relevant checks are activated against the corresponding services.

  3. Continuous Monitoring and Updates

    • When you update the configuration to meet compliance requirements, Sprinto detects the changes and updates the check status to "Passing."

How to Enable the New Sprinto Checks

To enable the new Sprinto checks on your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Sprinto admin portal.

  2. Go to the Task Dashboard or Infrastructure Management page, and click Enable Now from the new Sprinto checks banner.

  3. Alternatively, you can click Enable on Sprinto from the notification email.
