The below procedure describes how to stop tracking incident ticket status for a workspace from an integrated ticketing system.

The following procedure describes how to stop tracking a workspace or project on an integrated ticketing system. Updating the tracking status for a workspace/project helps log change tickets when the workspace/project is not tracked.

Prerequisites:

  • Logged in on Sprinto as an administrator.

  • Ensure that the ticketing system is set up on Sprinto. Refer to

How to Set up a Ticketing System on Sprinto?

Procedure:

Step 1. Navigate to Security Hub > Change Mgmt, then select the desired ticketing system.

Step 2. Click on Manage.

Step 3. On the manage page, click on Manage next to the workspace/project that you want to stop tracking.

Step 4. Click on Stop tracking.

Step 5. On stop tracking page, click on Stop tracking.

Note: Carefully read the on-screen instructions to understand the impact of the action on the compliance journey.

Result:

When a workspace or project is stopped from tracking, Sprinto will no longer fetch tickets related to that project.
