The following procedure describes how to set up the ticketing systems on Sprinto.
Sprinto supports integration for the following ticketing system:
Ticketing System (Available Integration)
JIRA
Trello
Linear
Asana
ClickUp
Azure DevOps
GitHub Issues
Shortcut
Prerequisites:
Logged in on Sprinto as an administrator.
Procedure:
Step 1. Navigate to Security Hub > Change Mgmt, then click on Add system.
Step 2. On add a change management system page, select the ticketing system you want to set up, then click on Connect.
Note: The highlighted “Connected” showcase the system accounts already integrated with Sprinto. You can further add those systems to fetch the necessary details on Sprinto.
Step 3. Following are the ticketing systems that Sprinto integrates with:
Note: Ensure you have the “Owner” access on the ticketing system account you want to integrate. The integration process requires you to grant a few “Read-only” accesses to Sprinto for its operations.
Note: If you do not find your desired ticketing system procedure listed below, refer to the integration help page to find the desired procedure.
Step 4. Once you connect the ticketing system account on Sprinto, you must “Add” the ticketing system from add change management page.
Note: Once the account is connected, you can find “Connected” highlighted next to the ticketing system.
Click on Add.
Follow the on-screen instructions carefully. This is crucial to fetch the tickets successfully from the ticketing system.
Result:
Once you have successfully set up the ticketing system, you can find it listed under the ticketing provider in Change Management.
