AI Playground - Pause and Manage Actions

Learn how to pause, re-enable, and manage AI actions in Sprinto Playground.

Once an AI action has been created and deployed, you can manage its availability from the AI Playground. Admins can pause actions that are no longer needed or re-enable them when required.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that:

• You have a Sprinto account.

• You have Admin access. Only Admins can pause or manage AI actions.

• You have at least one deployed AI action.

Pause an AI action

1. In the Sprinto dashboard, select AI Playground from the left navigation.

2. Locate the action you want to pause.

3. Turn off the toggle switch next to the action. The action is now paused and will not appear in Ask AI.

4. Turn the toggle switch back on to re-enable the AI action.

Edit an AI action

• To update an existing action, open it in the Playground, make the necessary changes, and save.

• Sprinto displays a warning if you try to leave without saving your changes.

Notes

• Sprinto-defined actions cannot be edited. You can only enable or disable them.

• Pausing an action is reversible. Delete only if you are sure you no longer need it.
