About:

This procedure explains how to de-activation or activation of a workflow check that has already been set up. Doing this can help you keep track of workflow checks when your organization changes over time.

Prerequisites:

  • Logged in on Sprinto as an administrator.

  • Added the workflow check. Refer to

Procedure:

Step 1. Follow the procedure to deactivate a workflow check.

  1. Navigate to Security Hub > Workflow Checks.

  2. Ensure that you are on the Active tab.

  3. Select the workflow check you want to deactivate.

    Note: Use the available filters to find the required workflow check.

  4. On workflow check page, click on Manage.

  5. On manage workflow check page, click on De-activate this check.

  6. Carefully review the de-activation details, then click on De-activate check.

Step 2. Follow the procedure to activate the deactivated workflow checks:

  1. Click on Inactive tab.

  2. Select the workflow check you want to activate.

    Note: Use the available filters to find the required workflow check.

  3. On workflow check page, click on Activate.

  4. Read the activation details, then click on Activate check.

Result:

Once you deactivate/ activate a previously configured workflow check, you can find them in the Inactive/active tab, respectively.
