About

The following guide will help you to set up the change management system on Sprinto.

Organizations constantly undergo everyday operations, like changes to production-side code, network security configuration, Infrastructure services, etc. Often, these changes play a crucial role in an organization’s security posture and need to be reviewed and approved by a relevant stakeholder, ensuring changes are analyzed for security conflicts before implementation.

Change management with Sprinto ensures that the requested changes are reviewed and follow a request approval workflow. Sprinto also monitors all change requests that have an assignee and are approved within the SLA.

Change management on Sprinto

Sprinto will assist in managing the following changes:

  1. Code repositories: Integrate the code hosting service you use with Sprinto to monitor the change management workflow on production code repositories.

  2. Ticketing systems: Integrate the ticketing system with Sprinto to monitor the change request approval workflow.

  3. Workflow checks: Configure the relevant workflow checks for change management if your desired systems are not available for integration or if you manage changes outside of Sprinto.

Before you begin

  • Log in to the Sprinto admin portal using your credentials.
