About

This guide will help you to set up the incident management source on Sprinto. You can configure Sprinto as your incident reporting tool or integrate an external tool you use for incident management.

Sprinto assists in monitoring reported incidents and ensures all necessary stakeholders are notified about potential data loss from any reported incidents.

Incident management on Sprinto:

You can choose from the following incident management methods:

  • Sprinto as an incident reporting service: Set up and configure Sprinto as an incident reporting and management service. Staff members can report incidents through Sprinto’s employee portal.

  • External incident reporting service: Integrate an external incident reporting service with Sprinto. Once configured, you can review reported incidents directly in Sprinto and report any data loss resulting from the incident.
