Compliance Documents
Overview
Sprinto enables administrators to generate official documents that demonstrate their organisation's security posture and commitment to compliance. These documents—Letter of Engagement (LoE) and Shareable Compliance Reports—are tailored to the frameworks configured in your Sprinto account. They are useful for stakeholder communication, trust building, and audit preparation.
Generating a Letter of Engagement (LoE)
The Letter of Engagement helps demonstrate an organisation's commitment to a specific compliance framework.
Procedure:
Log in to your Sprinto Admin Portal.
Navigate to Security Hub > Settings > Compliance Resources.
Select the Letter of Engagement tab.
If needed, click Edit details to update your organisation's legal name and address.
Note: LoE cannot be generated without these details.
Click View document next to the desired framework.
Click Download document to save the LoE.
Generating a Shareable Compliance Report
Shareable reports offer a simplified view of your compliance posture. While not formal audit documentation, they are helpful for external sharing.
Important: These reports do not represent full audit compliance but provide evidence of implemented controls and ongoing monitoring.
Procedure:
Log in to your Sprinto Admin Portal.
Navigate to Compliance > Resource.
Select the Shareable Report tab.
Click View Report next to the desired framework.
Optionally, click Edit details to customise your company name or logo.
You can choose whether to include check statuses.
Click Download Report to save the document.
