Sprinto Check: Ensure the Date of Joining for New Staff is Provided
This Sprinto check is designed to help you maintain accurate organization joining date data for any staff member during onboarding. The check becomes active when a new staff member is added to Sprinto, either through your integrated service or manually. It identifies cases where joining details are missing.
Purpose
The purpose of this check is to guarantee that essential staff details, such as organization joining data, are recorded for members actively participating in your compliance program.
How to Resolve
To address this check, you need to update the date of joining details for the respective staff member. Follow these steps:
Log in to Sprinto as an administrator.
Navigate to Security Hub > People > Staff > In-scope Staff. Select the staff member for whom you want to update the joining date.
On the Staff Details page, click Edit.
Scroll down on Manage staff page, update the Date of Starting Employment/Contract, then click Save Changes.
This action should set the check status to “Passing” for the respective staff member. Repeat these steps for all staff members with missing joining date details.
