August 2025
Stay updated with Sprinto’s August 2025 Product Updates featuring new workflow customisation, asset downloads, document access controls, Trust Center performance boosts, and integrations with Grafana
Here’s a round-up of the key updates we shipped in August 2025. This month, we focused on giving customers more flexibility in workflows, enhancing Trust Center performance, and expanding our monitoring integrations.
1. Column Rearrangement & Custom Field Filters in Workflow Checks
You can now create your own table views by rearranging columns, hiding/unhiding them, and applying filters based on custom fields. This makes it easier to organise data the way your team works, improving visibility and efficiency across Workflow Checks.
Release status: Global

2. Asset Register – Download Enhancements
We’ve introduced new ways to download your asset data:
Download the entire Asset Register in one go
Or export assets individually from the respective tabs (including custom assets)
This enhancement makes asset management simpler and ensures faster access to the right datasets.
Release status: Global

3. Document Access Validity
Time-limited access controls are now available for Trust Center documents. You can:
Configure default validity durations (e.g., 7 days)
Notify stakeholders with an access expiry table in emails
Skip validity for specific users where required
This helps you maintain tighter control over sensitive documents shared externally.
Plans: All Release status: Live for all orgs

4. Trust Center & RDP Performance Update
We’ve rolled out major performance improvements across Trust Center and RDP:
Navigation is faster and smoother across all sections
Our most visited Trust Centers (HackerRank, Transak, Coderabbit, Sprinto, Brainfi) now deliver a consistently reliable experience
Sprinto Trust Centers now outperform competitors like Safebase (Drata) on Lighthouse benchmarks
Release status: Live

5. Grafana for Infrastructure Monitoring
Grafana integration is now live, unblocking a long-standing request from enterprise customers like Anaconda. With this release, you can monitor infrastructure directly in Sprinto.
Customers with existing Grafana connections must expand permissions to include:
Incident access
Full read-only access to alerting
Read access via Provisioning API and Export Secrets
Access to all connected data sources
Release status: Live

6. SentinelOne Integration for Vulnerability Management (Beta)
SentinelOne is now integrated with Sprinto for Vulnerability Management. This enables streamlined ingestion and monitoring of vulnerability data directly from SentinelOne.
Currently, the integration is released under a beta label and can be unlocked with the feature flag: sentinel-one-integration
.

That’s a wrap for August 2025! These updates are designed to give your teams more control, speed, and visibility across compliance workflows.
