Overview

Gain a centralised view of your organisation’s compliance posture through Sprinto’s Monitoring dashboard, with filters, task statuses, and real-time check visibility.

The Monitoring section in Sprinto provides a unified interface to view, track, and investigate compliance checks across your organisation. It consolidates both automated and workflow-based checks, sourced from integrations or internal processes, into a single dashboard for easier oversight.

Monitoring serves as the operational nerve centre for your compliance programme—highlighting passing checks, flagging tasks that need attention, and allowing you to filter and explore compliance data by area, entity, or control.

Key Features

  • Tabbed Navigation Access all monitors through three distinct tabs:

    • Active Checks – Monitors currently running and linked to data or integrations.

    • Available Checks – Monitors that can be enabled based on your configuration.

    • Disabled Checks – Monitors that are turned off manually or inactive.

  • Summary Bar A real-time header summarises:

    • Total number of active checks

    • Count of passing checks

    • Count of checks requiring attention (along with total failing, due, and critical tasks)

    • Total configured integrations, with a link to manage them

  • Monitor Table Displays check details like:

    • Name and check type (Automated or Workflow)

    • Entity being monitored (e.g., Infrastructure, User)

    • Data provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GitHub)

    • Assigned check owner

    • Compliance area (e.g., People, Infrastructure, Risks)

  • Clickable Check Rows Each row opens a detail view with:

    • Entity-level breakdowns
